Alexander Wang.

Alexander Wang, you cunning man! His presence in the fashion industry is distinct, for he has a design asthetic all his own, and he doesn't merely start the trends, but create them.

The runners up Vena Cava should have no shame, because the intricate details, and marvelous craftmanship is exemplified in there most recent collection, and their contribution to the fashion industry is rather notable as well.

Seeing as Wang's designs and Vena Cava's differ in so many ways, it is easy to say that they are both winners. I know I am incredibly jealous of the talent it takes to put on a show that can impress the minds behind fashion in the CFDA.

Well, anyways, I saw the new Bond movie (among others that I've recently seen- I don't know why so many  in the past 3 weeks) it was quite good, but really what I loved was the tuxedos. The classic cuts brought back images of the iconic penguin suits. Certainly not a movie aclaimed for it's fashion, my mind seemed to be concentrated on what they were wearing even when  007 barely made it out of the blazing, endless building in the dry heat of the desert.

i need to catch up on my magazine reading! ahh vogue UK would be very very much of a relief because i agree that french is painstakingly hard to read (esp. when i don't yet understand half the words).
